I woke up this morning to find out my hens had all been killed by a fox last night.The plan is to take the coop in to the garage,give it a good clean and sand it down e.t.c then give it a stain just before spring so it will be as good as new to have new hens.

So sorry to hear this :( I think this is every poultry keepers worst fear.
